1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Clothi (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Description of Service

Clothi is an Ai-powered fashion styling application that provides:

  • Outfit evaluation and scoring using artificial intelligence
  • Personalized style feedback and recommendations
  • Digital closet organization and management
  • Ai-generated outfit suggestions
  • Style profile customization

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Subscription Tiers

Clothi offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Free: 3 outfit evaluations per day, up to 5 photos per evaluation, 50 closet items, 10 saved evaluations, 30-day history visibility, Ai closet detection, Ai Stylist (1 outfit generation per day), batch upload, ad-supported
  • Plus: 10 evaluations per day, up to 10 photos per evaluation, 100 closet items, unlimited saved evaluations, unlimited history, color and occasion analysis, Ai Stylist (5 outfit generations per day), batch upload, ad-free experience
  • Pro: Unlimited evaluations, up to 20 photos per evaluation, unlimited closet items, Ai Stylist (unlimited outfit generation), up to 2 closets, pro tips and shopping recommendations, batch upload, ad-free experience

4.2 Pricing

Current pricing (launch promotional rates):

  • Plus Monthly: $5.99/€5.99 per month
  • Plus Yearly: $59.90/€59.90 per year (equivalent to $4.99/€4.99 per month — 2 months free)
  • Pro Monthly: $8.99/€8.99 per month
  • Pro Yearly: $71.90/€71.90 per year (equivalent to $5.99/€5.99 per month — 4 months free)

All prices shown are launch promotional prices. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price changes affecting their subscription.

4.3 Billing and Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Prices are available in USD and EUR
  • On Android, payments are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's terms and conditions
  • On iOS, payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchases and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
  • For iOS subscriptions, cancellation and refund policies are governed by Apple's terms
  • For Android subscriptions, cancellation and refund policies are governed by Google Play's terms

4.5 Downgrade Behavior

If you cancel or downgrade your subscription, your data (including closet items, evaluations, and outfits) is not deleted. Items exceeding the lower tier's limits will become inaccessible until you upgrade again or remove items to meet the tier limits. Evaluation history beyond 30 days will be hidden for Free tier users but restored upon upgrading.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content to provide and improve our services.

5.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains nudity or sexually explicit material
  • Promotes violence or discrimination
  • Contains malware or malicious code
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

5.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, flag, and remove content that violates these guidelines. Users who repeatedly violate content policies may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

6. Ai-Generated Content

The outfit evaluations, scores, and recommendations provided by our Ai are for informational and entertainment purposes only. You acknowledge that:

  • Ai suggestions are subjective and may not suit all preferences
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of Ai-generated content
  • Fashion is personal, and you should use your own judgment
  • Scores and feedback may vary for similar outfits

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Share your account with others
  • Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and technology, is owned by Clothi and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOTHI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clothi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and associated data.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Clothi operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
